Holiday Excitement!
Ok we know it's October and we know how much I LOVE this month!
This weekend is Thanksgiving here in Canada and the holiday might be Monday but the food and comfort we seek happens on Sunday.
The smell of Turkey in the air and pumpkin spiced stuff even though I hate pumpkin still rocks my world! My baby girl is moving out at the end of the month with her boyfriend of 6 years and I'm sure I'll go through empty nesting syndrome even though I'll still have 1 daughter left at home ( she's leaving me too in the new year I hear...possibly ) so this will be the last time we do this as a household unit.
We've lost so much in the past year that I'll be glad to have them with me before it gets to the point where we're cooking a tiny chicken for Thanksgiving in a tiny apartment somewhere. I hope that doesn't happen. As I struggle with the thoughts of the girls leaving I also look forward to less expenses and having the house to myself...who am I kidding I am NOT looking forward to that.
Wait I lost my way here...
Thanksgiving! I'm looking for something new I can make this year. I'm not sure if I want it to be a dessert or a side dish but the search is on!
Our Halloween party is coming up soon too. This is year 5 and they keep getting better so this long weekend will be completing the planning stages for prizes and games. Last year we gave away movie passes and a $25 gift card for the best costumes and everyone stayed safe. The prizes must be bigger and better this year! I know that Lo has already chosen what she wants to be but me??? I have no idea? I wasn't feeling it last year but after the loses I feel like I should take the time to enjoy the holidays and seasons as much as possible.
So what can I do? What should I be? I have a bit of time for that and since Turkey day comes first then that will be my focus. As you may have noticed I think I'll be blogging more frequently and randomly from now on. It always makes me feel better when I do my therapy here and even know I feel more clarity than I've had in a while.
Stick with what works!
I'm trying to post a Pic a day of whatever I can to re-engage with what I've lost touch with so check out my Instagram and I'll try to keep you posted!

Happy Halloween 2016!
Happy Halloween Lovelies!
I'm pretty sure most of you had your celebration on the weekend like I did for yourself and tonight is the night for the kids.
Now thank goodness my kids are all grown and I won't have to go out in the miserable weather to take them trick or treating but at the same time I miss those moments, like when B was 2 her first trek around the neighbourhood dressed as a cute lil pumpkin and we got to a house and she was being potty trained at the time ( no Pull Ups in those days ) and when they opened the door instead of Trick or Treat she simply said "I peed..." they laughed, we laughed and she scored. Or Sese getting many purple balloons pinned to her to make her a bunch of grapes when she was 5, unfortunately we couldn't fit her in a jacket so keeping her warm was our main concern but she was a champ and getting candy so she felt nothing except for an intense need for sugar. Or once having a neighbour wearing a scream mask and literally having to drag my kid to the door she was so scared one year. He apologized to her profusely and filled her bag because she was crying...ok not crying pleading for her life.
That same year though there were a large group of us about 7 or 8 adults and 11 children going out together. We planned it nicely while we had our thermoses of coffee and cocoa ( it was cold that year but dry ) and we were a trick or treat mob. I miss those days...
Now they are adult women and their costumes reflect that...where have my babies gone..
That being said with them being adults we have now just had our 4th annual Halloween party and it was a success. I get them to play a game every year and this year I thought I was prepared but they were quick! Petrified Pyramid was the game and fast on their feet were they. So fast I had to stop and add things. Next years game will be much more difficult.
Prizes were given for Best Costume and Best Couple Costume and a dance party came to life.
I asked them all a question about their happiest Halloween memory and I still have to put the video together because I've never had to deal with so many clips before but it will be done by the end of the day because upload times vary so it will be up at some point and well video is not my strong suit especially since I had to put them together first. Fingers crossed.
Some of them weren't happy though, they were sad but I guess a memory never the less right?
Check out my Instagram ( tab at the top ) for photos. Those of you on my FB have probably already seen most them because of my frantic uploading on Sat night. but there are some that were not sent there just for this reason!
Now with Halloween almost behind us and November set to start it's 2 months today until New Years Eve. My second favourite non holiday of the year!
Have a great week!
See ya

It's Over For Another Year.
Good Morning Lovelies!
Well I'm here a day or two late but still made it!
I got distracted on Monday as Blondunicorn was pelting me with pics of Supernaturals most prized possession the Impala as they film behind us. My excitement was shown is extreme CAPS lock because you know if the car is there then one or both of the boys will be there. I guess they're not really boys right ?
Anyway I was distracted! I hope your Halloween was safe, fun and full of some kind of sugary goodness. I kind of miss that about my kids being all grown up except that I'm completely ok with not having to go trick or treating in the pouring rain so that I can raid my girls candy stash. I raided the stash at work though only to have for the first time in the 5 years we've lived where we are have more kids than we ever had show up. Usually there are none...wait last year I think we had a little princess. Every year I would buy candy and no one would come so I give it to my crew to eat but this year i bought none and had to give away my stash from work, go figure.
Sadly you did not see my costume post because...there is no because I completely slacked letting other things get in the way but what's done is done.
Our Annual Halloween party went off without a hitch and the costumes were awesome.
You guys that already saw them on my Facebook...too bad look again!
These are the ones that won special prizes for their imagination and work that are being custom made for you.
Meet French KISS and the baguettes
From left to right meet Allan, Bean, Marvin ( whose real name is Armin but when he was introduced to us a few years ago we were drunk and Marvin he is now forever. ) and Handsome Dan. I love this photo so much it's the Wallpaper on my work computer!
A 24 hr work of art for this Naruto costume.
Good job Steven and it only took about 4 hrs and lots of ow's to get his hair to stand up like that and there are really so many uses for duct tape! You will be an awesome Cosplayer.
Now that Halloween is over, Bean is gearing up for the next holiday complete with sparkly and shiny things. After Remembrance Day I'm going to try and not hate the season so much and ease into it with preparedness and relative calm...
Who am I kidding?
If that happens someone needs to make me an award.
So have a great week!
See Ya

Heart-wrenching and Heart Warming
Happy Monday!
Who am I kidding? I just can't get it together today but it is Monday so I'll conveniently blame that.
Warning...if you watch The Walking Dead and have not seen last night's episode there are spoilers below.
If you don't watch it...what is wrong with you!
Tough thing the Heart.
It takes so much abuse and is still the thing we have to contend with the most unless you have no conscience. Let's start with Heart-wrenching.
Well after having me scream at my TV last night while watching The Walking Dead I had to sit back down and say hmm... and then get told by Sese and Allan that read the comic books at 2 separate times that this had to happen. I don't know how many of you watch the show and have from the beginning but it is one of the most emotionally intense shows pretty much ever. I know there have been others but very few have that fully engaging aura that in a lot of cases makes you feel like you are actually there with them. I thought that when Hershel died it was tough and even Lori because it was such a sad sequence of events, Beth...ruined me too but Glenn... completely devastated me and felt so senseless at the same time! Nicholas really just finally succeeded in killing Glenn (maybe) by snapping and turning a gun on himself just to have his dead weight body fall on Glenn and tip him over the edge and even though in my heart of hearts I am still hoping that those intestines were not Glenn's being consumed... he would not have made it out of that horde.
As The Talking Dead pointed out something I would not have noticed until I re-watched all of the seasons was when Glenn was telling Rick his plan he called him "Dumbass" which was what he called him the first time he spoke to him in Season 1 when Rick was trapped in the tank.
Full circle? I hope not but none the less it could be.
I do have to say I'm glad it wasn't comic book Glen's death because I might have broken something. Now Glen wasn't the only thing about the episode that had me on the edge of my seat. Rick running for the RV and what happened in the RV was crazy and you could see crazy on Rick's face. Is it time for his hand? Is it? We'll see after he makes it out of the horde he's surrounded by because after Glen...Rick will make it. Now with that being said we have no concrete evidence that Glenn is dead and every part of me hopes he can miraculously make it out and back t a waiting Maggie who has had her father and her sister taken from her. Hmm...both of them were taken from her by people not Walkers when you think about it.
Can I say that I feel like Darryl is underused right now and at what point did Morgan break off from them and go back to Alexandria during the Wolves attack? Next weeks episode is 90 mins and we'll finally get to see what Morgan has been through.
I can only hope to be able to write things as powerful as some of the things I have seen in the past and now. That is a goal I strive to someday achieve.
Heart Warming time!
Ok so besides the shock of the week this past Sat we had Parker help out for his first Pumpkin Carving session or more for him his pumpkin colouring session. After I made sure his father stripped him down out of his brand new Spiderman PJ's, Peanut took a seat at the big table in the kitchen and eyed the 5 pumpkins in front of his big brown eyes he picked his pumpkin out and while Craig started the process of carving his pumpkin for him, P choose to colour mine instead and that was ok he's 2 1/2 so his way works and also funny as he tried to eat pumpkin guts and then put them back into my pumpkin while we were trying to get them out. Bean and Allan worked meticulously on theirs and Bean's turned out to be the most vicious looking one out of all of them. He was gross and sticky and it was awesome! Blondunicron held the speed record for carving as she was in, out and done in no time at all. So fun I was pleasantly tired afterwards!

Since mine was covered in Crayon it was carved later and placed with the rest but the gang did a good job!
I swear I'm going to get my costume post out before Halloween!
Have a great week!

Distracted, Derailed and Chaotic.
Ok so this week has been... I don't even know what it's been because there are no words. Nothing deep or devastating that you need to know about yet just this overwhelming need to put everything in it's place. Like everywhere...
I have 3 blog posts started all about completely different things because I figured that I would plan them out and you know be prepared, think ahead and be organized. Not only here but with all of my Social Media and Writing.
Not...gonna...happen...
My first post was just titled Here.
That's it, just Here. There was no body to the post at all just a title and do you think I can remember why I had it titled that way or what I was going to write? Hell no...nothing, so ya that was the beginning of the end of organizing my thoughts.
The next post, I was all happy to share Bean's rite of passage as a young adult and voting for the first time, which still could happen only not in the full picture that I wanted to paint for you. I was a proud Mama though as I watched my girls do their duty. Oh but wait, technically I didn't watch either of them because Bean had to register to vote first and Sese was next in line behind me to vote so when I was done I scooted ( many excuse me's later ) over to where Bean was signing up to relieve Choo who was standing with her so that he could go vote and then Sese and I stood outside because there were so many people packed in the Elementary School gym where as it was Sese's education began at 5 years old and here she is almost 23 and in my eyes seeing the chubby cheeked little girl that never wanted to go back to kindergarten walking towards me smiling after she cast her vote only to have Bean come out when she was done and ask it we were supposed to mark an X or a check mark. Then we were all struck dumb for a second as you could see us all mentally sift through what we had done.
And breathe...
All in all though it was a memory I'm very glad to have.
So the next post I tried to line up? My Awful Halloween costumes! Which I left the photos of on my other computer and can't even give you a sneak peek but I'll finish that post this week...at some point....ugh. What was nice though was that last night Bean and I went over her Pinterest Halloween board to pick out special drinks and food stuffs for the 3rd Annual Halloween Party. It's a thing! We made it a thing! Happy dance!
After that is when I noticed that I had started 3 different posts with no endings.
There is so much to do on many different levels don't even get me started on Chapter 17 of CF because I may die right now if I even think about it, and I tried, I really tried to put it into some form of order and take the advice of so many that I've spoken to about this ( All Hail Twitter! ) but except for my desk at work that has to be in order, I seem to work best in the midst of chaos so why fix what ain't broke right? I'm just going to embrace it and continue to roll with it, letting it all play out. Hopefully taming my inner frustrations at things around me and working with everything I can to make even the little things happen.
If it kills me...
I'm like a squirrel right now and it's like my fingers are on speed just to try and get this out before it disappears in the wasteland of the day and my brain.
The fact that I'm just going to post this as is, in a rush to make sure I get at least one post out this week of is a good thing maybe not for you because it's all going to sound like a distracted mind but for me at least considering the derailments and distractions I've had going on it's amazing and yet I love it all so I'm not complaining because life would be boring otherwise.
Ok, get back to work or play or however you chose to spend your day.
Soundtrack for the day? Punk Rock
Have a great week

I Almost Can't Control Myself!
courtesy of www.freepik.com
Hello Lovelies,
After my Just A Little Road Trip post I was surprised to have the "Are you OK?" questions considering it wasn't really about me but people I know that are going through tough times right now and I wish I could help them more. So far so good and I think they're turning a corner!
Well one of them is sure to be a corner that turns into a brick wall but sometimes you just can't fight that fucked up logic.
I'll have the band-aids ready though so I can rip them all off at the same time when they need to be.
So with that out of the way. How ya been? Did you have a good week? Awesome because it's October now officially and the parade of costumes and scary movies and days of celebration are headed our way. Bean is in super decorator mode...although she keeps talking about Christmas thus making me want to lock her in the closet with the Xmas decorations until Dec, because I know her and Nov 1 she'll have all things Halloween stripped and all the greens and reds and other holiday things will make it look like not only Santa threw up in our house but all the elves and reindeer too.
Oh...joy...and not to the world. Stop that train right there!
First up! Events I'm going to force my family to check out over the next few weeks!
Gravecouver Haunted House

Armed only with their wits and a smartphone, teams of audience members race against the clock and elude the undead while unraveling a nefarious plot to flood Vancouver’s streets with zombies. • Top secret location • Oct. 7 until Nov. 2, Tuesdays-Sundays, performances begin every 30 minutes, 6:30-8:30 p.m. • $12.50-$50, thevirtualstage.org/tickets, zombiesyndrome.com
OH Blondunicorn this is right up your alley!
An Evening with the Paranormal Society
Join the Vancouver Paranormal Society as they share their discoveries from investigations at the Historic Stewart Farm and elsewhere. • Historic Stewart Farm, 13723 Crescent Rd., Surrey • Oct. 9 or Oct. 16, 6-8 p.m. • $15, registration required, 604-592-6956, surrey.ca/heritage
There are so many more to come and return like Fright Night @ Playland and the Ghost Train as usual every year. Next week begins my parade of awful costumes and the prep for our 3rd Annual Halloween Party and many days of AMC's Fearfest, AHS, Supernatural and THE WALKING DEAD!
Ya I'm a tad excited.
OK off with you and have a great week and remember that if you have any suggestions or ideas to offer contact me and put me to work!

In Weird News Sex and the Paranormal
Happy Weird News Wednesday!
As I used to post WN on this day weekly and it has taken a back seat as I post chapters on CFA for Writer Wednesday instead. Now since this week I posted to CFA on Monday so that left today open for some weird news and really I've missed checking out the strange stories of the world and sharing the craziness and in honour of Halloween coming I'm going to see how weird we can get up until then.
So far this morning I have seen a story about this

Hail Satan? http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/teacher-allegedly-calls-kid-evil-sinister-for-being-left-handed_56018393e4b00310edf8ab73?utm_hp_ref=weird-news
Now if lefties are evil well what a way to weed them out right? Although I'd have to say that of all the people that I know that are lefties sure they can have an evil side but it being the hand that Satan uses? Would it matter to Satan if we were left or right handed? I know a hell of a lot of right handed people that could be classified as evil but to tell a 4 year old boy shit like that is ridiculous!
Now playing along if that were true then my roomie who I'm certain should have been a lefty but was corrected at a young age for exactly the same reason to use her right hand should then in my mind have Schizophrenia or at least a multiple personality as her evil side tries to break through right? Although in her case it makes things a whole lot clearer if I go with that logic.
Hmmm Grand baby boy and his father are lefties too I guess we could be in serious trouble.
Up next...Ghost Hookers...
Ghosts in haunted building turn out to be prostitutes
Ummm...ya
Neighbors living next door to a haunted building learn that the ghosts are actually prostitutes and that the abandoned warehouse is being used as a brothel. People that live near the building reported bizarre noises (ooooh like what? moaning? grunting?), strange shadows (were they on their own? against each other?), and weird lights emanating from it (it? the building? The ghosts? the naughty bits?). These are details we need to know to prove that there is sex in the afterlife! Imaging that endless loop, stuck in a haunting to complete over and over. I guess they wouldn't be hostile ghosts now would they? The thing is that they don't say how exactly they died. Curious...
There is too much running through my head for that one, too many questions on top of that...and this is in China now if you do click the link and read the short article I urge you to read the link in blue just underneath it about the man that convinced a woman that her vagina was haunted and that she needed a sexorcism...also in China that particular article is from a couple of years ago but the laugh factor is still there...at least for me because who in their right mind would believe that! That there are ghosts up there? After that whole Queefing thing that horrified me (and still does), she should have just learned how to do that and evac those ghosts herself.
Screw it here's the link to that story.
Unbelievable...
Ok that is it for the Weird News
Have a good day guys!

Motivation Was Mine Until Today.
Good Monday Morning!
Well we can pretend it's good...so far! I was really hard to wake up this morning I have to say. The getting out of bed part was decent and of the I'm up! I'm up! variety but the commute was almost tragic to my sleepy brain but I made it and stayed awake...er....might have dozed but no drooling because that would be awful and probably one of the main reasons I don't nap while commuting. the day is brighter now though 2 coffee's in.
How was your weekend?
Mine consisted of the movies with Bean, Allan and BU to see Ant-Man and I have to say that it wasn't bad! I had my doubts but it turned out be pretty comical. The only thing that creeped me out was all the ants as...um...cute ( I can't believe I just said that ) as some of them were I still have trouble looking at all of them and in 3D no less. In the ongoing ant battle we have every year not only did the movie make me feel bad for killing the little bastards it reminded me that I can handle any insect except when they are in large numbers or in the case of one ant from the movie, just large period. Now the 4 of us have a spoken rule when it comes to comic book movies and that's that we go together and this time we dressed for it regardless of whether it was a Marvel or DC movie. Me and my Batman shirt, BU with her Superman, Bean went with Deadpool and Allan with Daredevil.
Yes we like our comic book characters.
Yesterday it was the beginning of my Wall of Souls Halloween project and I wish I had special powers to speed things up but I'm going to have to take my time with this one because of the varying components and I'm hoping that it will be finished and on display in the house by Oct 1 along with all of the other decorations. Now Bean pointed out to me that lately, each year I seem to leave up one decoration and she seems to be right. A witches hat behind the TV, a spider that was hanging on a glass ball from the ceiling, a grim reaper outside the front door, there was a ghost somewhere too and of course Pirate Pete the dead pirate wall art decal that I absolutely love who welcomes anyone that comes in with his skeletal frame and toothy smile. I'm figuring that the WOS might be a permanent addition to my defiance of Winter and X-mas by leaving up something of Halloween. Now we wanted to go simple ( and cheap ) so out popped a bag of flour and water and the makings for paper mache, strips of newspaper, a couple of skulls to start off with and my girl Buffy the rat who watched with excitement from her cage. Bean is on the sign making trail with her Bewares and hopefully a headstone or 10.
This is what watching shows like Face Off, Heroes of Cosplay and Hot Set do to a person. Eventually though I want to make stuff like this...
While I was letting the goopy strips of paper dry I caught part of the Streamy Awards and that was a first for me.
I had heard of them but never actually watched them so while I watched the show being hosted by Grace Helbig and Tyler Oakley as I ate a bag of White Cheddar popcorn, I realized that I know very little about that streaming world. I mean sure I watch My Drunk Kitchen and Good Mythical Morning, Beth in Show, Jenna Marbles, Prank vs Prank and IISuperwomanII and even iJustine once in a while but HOLY CRAP we're talking way beyond anything my limited brain would comprehend showing me yet again just how big and yet small our world really is.
I even got some gaming time in as well as writing time. I was just a little Tasmanian Devil of time management and seeing as he was and still is my fav Looney Tunes Character I'll go with that.
Oh and they are bringing the Muppets back???? To Prime time too???? It's like parts of my childhood usually left forgotten have been given new life. I don't even think my kids grew up with the Muppets...nope thinking back there was no Muppet Show for them. So that's where I'm at right now or was at.
I'm off to start this week guys! Stay creative, all tips are welcome and encouraged!
Have a great week!
See Ya!

You Know What Time It Is!
Happy day after Labour Day!
( Yes there is a u in there. )
So all the wee children are back to school today and doesn't that mess up things for everyone! Traffic and schedules being changed. On Sunday I went through Walmart with Blondunicorn and it was anarchy but I knew this before I went there and boy didn't a tiny part of me got all nostalgic about the first days of school for my kids and picking out books and pens and pretty girly stuff all pink and sparkly! Until your jammed up cart to cart with screaming 5-12 yr olds and then you think "Thank god that is over!"
I was all over it like most parents, cheering along side them happy for the "mom I'm bored" and "I don't want to go to bed at 8" arguments to be put in the suck it up category because I'm free of you now for a few hours! I feel for you guys but doesn't it screw up everything else? Buses that ran at certain times over the Spring and Summer have been shifted or completely removed from service, traffic crawls, and all the TV stations change their Logos. On the side though snack foods are much cheaper during the school year and that's right up my alley. I thought Sunday was bad well she had to go back there yesterday and 2 hrs of torture later she came home frazzled and in complete disarray wide eyed and in "I'm never doing that again mode."
With everything back to normal, the power grid back up and running and BC's Monsoon season coming up as Fall approaches...you know what this means...
My absolute FAVOURITE time of year is coming, I can feel the changes and that makes me very...very...excited. Now I'm not big on craft blogging but Bean has a rather large project or 10 she wants to do involving making a large mess on the Prop/Halloween side in the form of a 6 foot tall Reaper and comfort things on fall foods side so I'm thinking of running video for those projects instead so we'll see what happens. Bean and BU are Pintrest junkies so I'm sure they will have stuff on their...um...boards? Anyway The 3rd Annual Halloween Party, Fall returns and new shows... I love new shows!
Limitless
BlindSpot
Supergirl
Mr Robot
Gotham
The Bastard Executioner
SUPERNATURAL!
AHS

Can you tell the ones I'm excited to see?
On the writing front...I'm still progressing (ya me) and have made quite a few new friends along the way ( Thank you Twitter! ) I guess I should thank G+ as well although I find that it reminds me of Tumblr but more interactive if you choose to be in turn it's making me more comfortable in my writing skin even though I still have about 5 chapters of Revisions to go through and have been slacking on but I'm determined to get those done this week and as usual on Wednesdays I post the story progression on CF
Anyway guys it's a short one today lots to do lots to plan.
Video...oh boy

Weekend Wrap Up! Besties and Peanut Love.
Hello Lovelies!
Monday again and the weekend held alot this time around with a baby shower and 2 b-day parties. at first I wasn't sure if I was going to make it to both of them because of time constraints but everything worked out as it was meant to be as Roland Deschain ( the Gunslinger ) would say it's Ka. ( I'm re-reading the series because of the book Stephen King wrote that lands smack in the middle of it! ) I'm on book 4 ( my fave ) and the newest one falls in after that one. I call it Book 4.5
My Blonde Bestie ( who's not so blonde anymore ) is expecting her first baby in a few short weeks and never have I seen anyone carry a tiny human with such glowing grace and I kind of hate her for it! I mean I was not graceful...sure as hell not glowing...and not enjoying any part of pregnancy at all but she pulls it off and looks good the whole time. It's funny though Blondunicorn and I were talking about it and for someone who in the past year or so has had to be the center of attention on her road to the wedding and now baby, she takes it in stride and in a way... very quietly and almost shy but you wouldn't know it because she seems so controlled all of the time.
Out of my... ( another Gunslinger phrase ) Ka-tet she is the so not crazy one! She would be the one showing up to pay our bail. You know if we ever needed to be bailed out of... ah...anything.
She had a good haul though and this baby is going to have the best of everything boy or girl it'll be a superstar.
After that it was a short stop home to get hugs and cuddles from my lil Peanut who was uncharacteristically lovey with me AND ACTUALLY CALLED ME LALA...ALOT! He still bites his Aunties periodically...and his Dad but I got kisses and cuddles and hugs OH MY! He's usually a bit of a monster, he understands Lala's tone though and corrects himself or stops throwing things or picks up what he's thrown. As he starts to head towards his 2's we'll see what happens but he always makes me smile.
Then off to Ridge for a 2 in 1 40th day party! My childhood friend that I've know since I was 5 yrs old finally joined the club! That's a long time to know someone and she's the person that I used to call to watch TV and I mean we would be one the phone watching the same show and discussing it all the way through. There's only a few people that you can do that with and that's golden.
Starting off this was supposed to be a surprise party but when I opened her front door she was at the top of the stairs looking at me and says "Hi! I'm not ready yet" This brings me and Blondunicorn to look at each other confused but ultimately shrug and go with it. I hugged my niece Nene, asked if help was needed, got mauled by her cat for a bit and celebrated with her and her brother in law who was the other half of the party.
Now Kris would be the one on our merry band that would be saying "I told you we shouldn't have done that" while we wait for the bail to be paid.
I also have to comment on the fact that they have 5 different kinds of coffee machines and that just makes me proud that I have a coffee addict just as big as me but yet she's an even bigger fanatic because she has quite the one cup collection going on there! I feel like I need to catch up but I would have no counter space left.
After all of that I went home and a changing of the guard had happened Peanut was still there but his daddy was gone and T was there so I hugged her furiously because I don't see her much and it's like we have to get everything out as soon as possible so between all of the women in the house it's like a clucking free for all ( yes I said clucking ) so that all of us can get our information out and take info in at the same time as fast as possible.
I was Bestie day for me and I appreciated every minute that I got to spend with them and all on the same day! It was exhausting by the end of the day though and well worth it.
I love you guys!
That's it for me, I'm counting down the days to Halloween so excited I still have a costume post to make and that's coming too.
Have a great week!

Scary Movie Love Lessons? Let's discuss!
Hi guys!
On Wednesday I had tweeted this link below...
15 Love Lessons From Your Favorite Scary Movies | YourTango
Now after reading the article I figured that hey why not let's explore this topic a bit more seeing as it's October and all things scary, bludgeoning and creepy are allowed to be prominent until Halloween. Well that and I had to add my 2 cents. I might not be able to get everything into 1 Blog post but we're going to check this out.
1) Don't have sex in the woods. - Um Duh...does anything even need to be said there? Not only can you be brutally murdered but if you survive and come home your Bestie will be picking twigs out of your hair.
2) If your Boyfriend is really creepy, he's probably a killer. - Let's see...why date a creepy guy anyway? He's creepy! Who wants creepy guy? You don't really know what he's thinking and if you have to second guess his creepy actions...GET...OUT!
3) Stop splitting up - YES people! Why is it that when someone says "We should split up" someone doesn't smack him up the side of the head and says "Are you stupid? We all die that way!" because they do...all the time...
4) Check on your oversexed roomie from time to time. - Ok...sure but do we really want to? There might be things we don't want to see...or hear...or know about in any way. Besides Oversexed does not mean LOUD so if your oversexed roomie isn't usually loud and you one night can hear strange, gurgling that might or might not be sex noises just yell from the door. "Moan loud and long for sex and Grunt twice for I'm being strangled" We'll get the message, bust in and save you...or go blind one of the 2.
5) Beware of Mama's Boys - well that depends. A boy that takes care of his mother and cares about his mother is one thing because she raised him right and will have some respect for women. A boy that has an unhealthy almost obsession with his mother you know like their a bit too close well that's another story and you don't want to get in the middle of that because if the boy doesn't kill you...then Mama will.
6) Being pretty isn't everything - Well...being pretty isn't everything but might not be a bad thing either! Jamie Lee Curtis is pretty and survived in Halloween, she may have been mentally scarred forever but she survived because being pretty and smart saves lives while being pretty and dumb as a post gets you killed.
7) Seeing dead people isn't a gift - I agree but if you're seeing ghosts that are just hanging out with loved ones or you know intact and trying to speak to you sure but if they are lets say 13 Ghosts type ghosts...HELL NO! Anything name Juggernaut or missing half their flesh and covered in blood is not the type of ghosts I want to see. Find something that makes those guys go away! I like sleeping and nothing should destroy that!
8) Watch out for over obsessive people - Yes like a Bestie of mine that is a tad OCD about cleaning. She will probably stab you with a fork if you disrupt her...um...cleanliness and sanity right Kris?...ya stay away from them because you never know what can make them snap and decapitate you in a murderous rage that they will have to clean up later but you know what I mean.
9) Do NOT buy a house with your significant other that people have died in - Another Duh... statement! Cheap why? because there was a mass murder? Well that's the perfect place to raise a family! Are you kidding? Not only do you have ghosts and possible possessions happening of your loved ones you have the constant stigma of being the people that live in the murder house. Unless you live with Ryan Reynolds and 28 mins into the remake of the Amityville Horror, he's shirtless for 8 mins take that and then move the hell out. He can leave the shirt behind. I have to say as well though that if you child is telling you they see things....TAKE THEM SERIOUSLY!
you never know...
Ok guys I'll go through the next 5 later but feel free to add you own 2 cents wherever! Twitter, Facebook, G+ ect.

Happy Friday! Creepy Crawlies Oh My!
Morning! It's Friday so Happy Friday to everyone!
We're gearing up for a Halloween party for the kids next weekend and it should be fun...well I hope it's fun for them. I've heard about and seen a costume or two and I have to say that 1 in particular had me giggling already. Remember the blueberry kid from Charlie and the chocolate factory? That is completely what this costume reminds me of. So bring it kidlets!
We have a couple of new additions to the house via Bean and Allan. Some time ago they got a Rose haired Tarantula, Bellatrix is her name but she's aggressive so we can't really touch her, but she's pink! This is the daughter who wouldn't go to sleep at night until I killed the tiny little spider in the corner of her room now she has one almost as big as her fist. After that she had a spider infatuation and bought 2 more and orange something or other that is cool, hand trained and slow...very slow. Until the sex it, it's name is Curly, plus a teeny tiny one I named Bitty but she didn't make it. The night before last the brought home a snake. A baby Pastel Ball Python, good grief it can grow to be about 5 feet long but it's SO COOL! It might eat my cats one day but, I like her and she likes me although we don't know what it is yet I'm feeling girly snake.
Now my oldest wants one and my roommate still wants a squirrel. Even more so now. I think I get a squirrel request almost once a day now, I've changed her ring tone to chittering squirrels and the answer is still NO. 3 dogs, 3 cats, 3 fire belly toads, 2 spiders, 1 snake and a hedgehog. If you count the crickets used to feed the toads and the spiders we have a whole lot going on here. Oh and if you count the family of Raccoon's and the Skunks we still have around, it's crazy!
So besides that fact that it took Bean 18 years to get into all of the creepy crawly things and now she fights Wolf spiders in a jar... ( Weird ass thing to do ) her new interests are pretty cool and the snake is oddly calming.
Grand baby boy has been entered in a Gerber baby contest and I hope he wins because he's the cutest thing ever!
Sese got to go see the Bates Motel set!

Sweet!
The past 6 weeks of premieres has overloaded my PVR with my existing shows and new ones like Hostages, American Horror Story Coven, The Walking Dead! OMG the countdown was on for that one, Supernatural and so many more!
What shows do you like? Which ones impressed or disappointed you?
Inquiring minds want to know!
Have a good Friday!

Those Were The Days!
As Fall approaches and the weather gets cooler, I start thinking about the cozy times ahead as we head into the dreaded holiday season. What comes before holidays though?... Thanksgiving and Halloween! OMG OMG OMG.
This year we have a plan for the kids...if you can even call them kids anymore.
Remember when we were young and Halloween was one of the best days ever! When we'd ourselves dress up in silly costumes and raid houses for candy! Then as we had kids of our own we dressed them up in silly costumes and raid houses for candy! I can't even remember all of the costumes but I remember walking up the street in a massive pack with 11 kids and about 8 or 9 parents equipped with thermoses and toques trying to stay warm. At least it was dry that year. Bean was about 5, dressed like a witch and scared to death of the Scream mask. That was really evident when we got to a house and a guy dressed like that opened the door.
Bean screamed and cried, we couldn't even get her to walk up the driveway until he took off the mask and apologized profusely. Sese was always a trouper...it didn't matter what she was she wore a smile ( who wouldn't getting free candy ) even if she was covered in purple balloons dressed like a bunch of grapes and couldn't see in front of her.
Next came the parties where we almost didn't let T out of the house in what she was wearing. I can't even tell you what it was and neither can anyone else because all you could see was cleavage. Did we let her out of the house like that...no...she covered up...then uncovered at the party...of course...bad T.
So this year we have a surprise for the youngins that will hopefully give them some good solid memories. Not like it matters there will be film and pics so they'll never get to forget. They know nothing and they'll have to work but it'll be fun!
Be afraid though guys, be afraid.
Besides that Salt and I are going to try something with duct tape and the newlywed, Salt and I are going on a semi spiritual quest! What could possibly go wrong?!
Maybe we should be afraid...
I've been having trouble getting the next video uploaded but it should load, eventually. I hope...
Ok Lovelies, we'll talk soon
See ya,
